Design & Planning

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a well organized plan that aligns with your goals.
Material Selection & Permitting
Step 3
During the Material Selection & Permitting phase, we finalize every detail needed to bring your project to life. We guide you through choosing all materials including tile, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, paint colors, and finishes making sure each selection aligns with your design vision, budget, and daily needs. Our team coordinates with suppliers to confirm availability and lead times, helping prevent delays once construction begins. At the same time, we manage the full permitting process, including drawings, code reviews, submissions, and communication with the city. By the end of this stage, all materials are approved, permits are secured or in progress, and your remodel has a clear, efficient roadmap for a smooth build.
